Ashgabat prepares to host Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026
Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 is planned to be held in Ashgabat. According to the official portal of Turkmenistan, the forum will take place on 1–2 October at the Yyldyz Hotel and will become an international platform for investment cooperation.
For foreign companies, such events are important not only as an official agenda, but also as a practical opportunity to prepare business meetings, a company presentation, questions for partners and a visit program in advance.
The officially announced areas of the forum include energy and petrochemicals, transport corridors, the digital economy, green projects, the agro-industrial complex, tourism, urban infrastructure and water resources.
Why foreign companies should prepare in advance
A business trip to Turkmenistan requires preparation: you need to understand the purpose of the visit, the list of potential partners, the meeting format, translation of materials, logistics and the movement schedule.
If a company comes only to the forum without preliminary preparation, some opportunities may be lost. It is far more effective to form a list of tasks in advance and use the trip as a tool for entering the market.
